Booking and Appointments

When booking our services, you agree to the following conditions:

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form, phone, or email
• A patch test is required 24-48 hours before your first eyelash extension appointment
• You must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes
• Contact lenses should be removed before treatment
• You must disclose any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the treatment
• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy includes the following terms:

• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service cost
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Refunds for prepaid services are subject to our discretion and these terms

Payment Terms

Payment for services is subject to the following conditions:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable VAT
• Refunds are only provided in accordance with our cancellation policy

Client Responsibilities

As a client of otidesbqih, you agree to:

• Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions

• Attend your patch test appointment before eyelash extensions
• Treat our staff and facilities with respect
• Arrive on time for your appointments

Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of others:

• You must not have any eye infections or irritations at the time of treatment
• Pregnant and breastfeeding clients should consult their doctor before treatment
• You must disclose any medications that may affect the treatment
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe
• All treatments are performed by trained professionals using safe, high-quality products

Intellectual Property

All content on the otidesbqih website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of otidesbqih B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.
