Come with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid caffeine before your appointment as it can make your eyes flutter. Remove contact lenses and bring glasses if needed. If it's your first visit, ensure you've had your patch test 24-48 hours prior.

Patch tests are free and take only 15 minutes. You can book one using the contact form above or by calling us. We'll apply a small amount of adhesive behind your ear or on your inner arm to test for allergic reactions.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Yes! We offer free consultations for first-time clients. During the consultation, we'll assess your natural lashes, discuss your desired look, and recommend the best treatment option for you. This is also when we can perform your patch test.
